Liverpool bought Minamino!

Takumi Minamino is joining the current Premier League leader Liverpool from January 1st!

The news was confirmed on the official site of the Reds.

The 24-year-old Salzburg winger impressed with his performance and the Merseyside club got the be to one to sign him.

Liverpool paid £ 7m for the Japanese footballer.



The talented Japanese underwent medical checkups and negotiated his personal terms on Wednesday and now becomes the first Merseyside purchase in the winter transfer window since  Virgil van Dijk joined from Southampton  2 years ago.

It is said that Minamino's performance against Liverpool in the Champions League was the reason for the deal.
