Dallas Mavericks star Luka Doncic continues to extend his lead of Michael Jordan for the most consecutive games with 20 points, five rebounds and five assists since the NBA/ABA merger in 1976.
Doncic, who hit 20 straight above those plateaus with 41 points, 12 rebounds and 11 assists during Wednesday's win over the Detroit Pistons in Mexico City, passed Jordan with 27, 7 and 8 in Sunday's 110-106 loss to the visiting Sacramento Kings.
Jordan turned in 18 consecutive in March of 1989. Oscar Robertson, the NBA's career triple-double king, had 29 straight in 1964-65 and 25 straight in 1963-64.
