Nikola Jokic turned in an historic triple-double Wednesday night.
"Joker" scored 32 points, grabbed 21 rebounds and dished 10 assists in the Nuggets' 98-95 win over the jazz, becoming only the third player since the NBA-ABA merger to post at least a 30-20-10 stat line.
Jokic becomes the 10th player in NBA history with a 30-20-10 triple-double, and only the second in the past 35 years to have such a triple-double in a win. Cousins is the other player.
Jokic had the stellar night against one of the league's best defenders in Rudy Gobert. He was 14-of-24 from the field, including 13-of-14 when Gobert was guarding him, and 2-for-4 at the free throw line. Of his 21 boards, six were on the offensive end.
Jokic also joins Kareem Abdul-Jabbar as the only players in NBA history with a 30-20-10 stat line on the road before turning 25.
